The aim of the Local Government Resourcing Partnership (LGRP) framework is to make your life as easy as possible when procuring a range of HR related services. We have created a list of providers that can support you to deliver HR solutions effectively and efficiently. When creating the framework we have done the key task of checking providers accreditation and ensuring that the process is compliant. Meaning you can spend your time more wisely by working with these organisations to find the most appropriate solutions.

Lot 1 - Executive & Interim Recruitment

Search and selection of executive recruitment for roles over £70K per annum, and for interim recruitment. There are eight providers on this lot that you can direct award or carry out a further competition.

Lot 2 - Permanent Recruitment

Search and selection of permanent recruitment for roles between £30K and £70K per annum. There are eight providers on this lot that you can direct award or carry out a further competition.

Lot 3 - HR Consultancy

HR consultancy covers a wide portfolio of services to support the delivery of HR within your organisation. There are eight providers on this lot that you can direct award or carry out a further competition.

Lot 4 - HR Marketing Solutions

HR marketing delivers flexibility across a variety of services for campaigns and recruitment advertising. There are three providers on this lot that you can direct award or carry out a further competition.
